APPSC LDCE Recruitment 2025 Details
Post Name: Section Officer (SO)
No. of posts: 22 [UR: 05 & APST: 17]
Qualification: (a) Bachelor Degree/Graduation. (b) Minimum 05 years of regular service in the grade of ASO. (c) Possessing at least 5 (five) “Very Good” consecutive APAR grading for the last 05 years.
Pay Scale: Level-8, Rs.47600-151100/-.
Application Fee of APPSC LDCE 2025
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs.150/- only for APST candidates and Rs.200/- only for other candidates in the form of Treasury Challan payable to the Secretary, APPSC, Itanagar, under Head of Account – 0051, 102 – State PSC.

How to Apply for APPSC LDCE 2025?
Download of Application Form: The application form is available for download on the APPSC website appsc.gov.in.
Recommendation by Authority: The duly filled-in application form must be recommended by the Cadre Controlling Authority along with details of the APAR grading of the last five consecutive years.
Eligibility Condition: Only applications nominated by the Cadre Controlling Authority with at least five ‘Very Good’ consecutive APAR gradings of the last five (5) years shall be considered.
Enclosures: The duly filled-in application form, as nominated by the Cadre Controlling Authority, must also enclose the documents listed under Section (E).
Submission of Application: All duly nominated applications must be submitted to the office of APPSC on or before 30th October, 2025 (Thursday) by 3:00 PM through the Cadre Controlling Authority.
Documents Required to be submitted along with the Application Form:-
- Latest/recent color passport-size photograph. The photograph must have a white background, front-facing, and without headgear or sunglasses.
- Self-attested photocopy of degree certificates and mark sheets issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice-Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain the degree.
- Self-attested photocopy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age issued by the Board.
- Self-attested photocopy of APST certificate and copy of PRC/Aadhaar Card in case of General candidates.
- Self-attested photocopy of appointment order to the post.
- Treasury challan of the amount deposited as fee.
